Please carefully review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before finalizing your purchase. As we prioritize quick processing, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect choices like item type, size, design, or address.
However, if you notice a mistake, you have a 6-hour window after placing your order to cancel and reorder with the correct details. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If your cancellation request is received after this period, your order might already be in the processing or shipping phase.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, all orders are considered final, and refunds will no longer be available.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Received design does not match the order
- Size or material differs from what was ordered
- Incorrect product was sent
- Product description does not match what was received
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Defects must be due to our mistake
- Original tags must remain attached
- Minor issues like loose threads are not eligible

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will not be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification when we receive the package, and we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

- Refunds typically take 10-15 days depending on your card provider’s policies.

- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. After this time, orders are considered final, and refunds will not be offered.
- Items are eligible for return/exchange only within the 30-day window. Returns are free of additional fees, except for return shipping costs paid by the customer.
- We cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit or those made without proper communication.
