Shipping Time: Shipping begins after processing and is influenced by the shipping method you select and your location. Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
Delivery times may be longer during high-demand seasons or promotions.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total delivery time reflects both processing and shipping periods.

Shipping Delays
If your order isn’t delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at [email protected] to receive a full refund. If you encounter unexpected delays, let us know—we aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages

Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect. Please double-check your shipping information during checkout and notify us at [email protected] immediately if you notice any errors.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Handcraftidea is not responsible for these fees if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without guaranteeing a refund.
